Payment & Booking Policies
Reservation: To secure your spot on a guided hike or photography workshop, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the scheduled activity.
Cancellation Policies
Participant Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
ThunderTrail Adventures Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or insufficient bookings.
- In the event of cancellation by ThunderTrail Adventures, participants will receive a full refund.
Return & Refund Policies
Participant Withdrawal During Activity: No refunds will be provided for participants who choose to withdraw from an activity after it has commenced.
No Shows: Participants who do not show up for a scheduled activity without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking and photography.
Release of Liability: Participants release ThunderTrail Adventures, its guides, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the activities.
Other Considerations
Health & Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physical condition for the chosen activity. Participants must inform us of any medical concerns, ailments, or allergies prior to the commencement of a photography tour.
Environmental Conditions: All photography tour itineraries are made to provide an enjoyable, educational experience for participants. However, outdoor photography is subject to many variables and certain environmental conditions cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to alter or change the schedule or plans, depending on weather, health and safety considerations, or due to other photographic opportunities that may arise as we see fit.
Photography Rights: We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any photography tour and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By signing up for a photography workshop tour the participant(s) agree to allow their likeness to be used by us without compensation to the participant(s). If the participant(s) prefer that their likeness not be used, they must notify us in writing prior to beginning of the photography workshop, tour
